Recipe Roasted carrots, parsnips and chorizo

Resep Roasted carrots, parsnips and chorizo

Ingredients :

  • 4 carrots
  • 4 parsnips
  • 180 g chorizo
  • 2 tsp crushed nuts
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

Method :
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 220 degrees (static heat on top and bottom).
  2. Roast the carrots and parsnip for 5min in a pan at medium heat with a tablespoon of coconut oil.
  3. You need a pan that can go inside the oven.
  4. Cut the chorizo not too thin and add it to the pan and leave for 5 more min.
  5. Put the pan in the oven for 6 minutes.
  6. Add the nuts and leave again in the oven for 5-6 more min.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and add the thyme and some salt & pepper.
