Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp whole black peppercorns ,green
- 2 T- bone steaks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive or sunflower - seed oil
- 1/2 cup red wine
- salt
Method :
- Crush the peppercorns.
- Spread the peppercorns out on a plate and press one side of each steke hard into them to encrust the surface of the meat.Turn over and repeat with the other side.
- Melt the butter with the oil. When hot add the steaks and cook , turning once for 5 - 7 minutes.
- Add the wine to the skillet . Transform the steaks to a wormed plates.
