Ingredients :
- 13 pieces tofu that's already fried and cut in a square (make a hole on whatever side but make sure doesn't break the other sides)
- 🌹🌹ingredients stuffing : 2 shallots (crushed). 3 cloves garlic (crushed). 70 grams carrots (grated).150 grams cabbage (sliced lengthwise).150 grams bean sprouts. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper. 1/2 tsp salt.
- 🌹🌹FOR BATTER : 100 grams rice flour. 150 grams wheat flour, 1 tsp ground coriander. 1/2 tsp salt. Water
Method :
- Heat the oil on the pan and saute onion and garlic until golden brown.
- Then add bean sprouts,carrots,cabbage,ground black pepper and salt. Cook until wilted or approximately 7 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
- Once cool put the stuffings into the tofu.
- Mix all the ingredients to make batter in a bowl,make sure that the batter is slightly thick not so watery. Then dip in each tofu .
- Heat oil on pan and fry tofu stuffed with vegetables until golden brown.
- Tofu stuffed vegetables is ready to serve with bite of chilli padi absolutely yummy. Enjoy😊😊
