Ingredients :
- 4 Pieces chicken breast / drumstick
- 1 package Fresh mushroom ( if you like more: add more)
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- Oregano
Method :
- Preheat oven to 400 F( 200 C)
- Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive over medium high heat in a ovenproof skillet. Place chicken skin side down in skilled and cook until browned, turn chicken over, about 4-5 minutes
- Transfer skillet to the oven and cook until chicken no longer pink in the center. About 20 minutes
- Remove chicken from skillet to a plate, set same skillet on the stovetop over medium high heat, add mushrooms, until they change their color, add flour, oregano, add broth stir constantly, flour must be smooth, add your parsley, add your mustard continue stirring.add little bit of salt and pepper. Until sauce gets thicker.
- Serve chicken with sauce
