Ingredients :
- 3 plain bread
- 3 beef sausages
- 2 tablespoon barbeque sauce
- Italian herbs
- 1 Egg, whisk loosely
- as needed breadcrumbs
Method :
- Fry the sausages until well-cooked, set aside
- Flatten the bread with rolling pin.. spread the barbeque sauce (that has been mixed with italian herbs) evenly
- Put the sausage on each bread and roll it up
- Put the rolls in the egg (don"t forget to mix the rest of barbeque sauce with the egg) and cover them with breadcrumbs => fry them until golden brown
- Your sausage rolls are ready :D bon appetite ^o^
