
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Boiled Rice
- 1/2 cup Cottage cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp Bengal Gram flour
- 1 slice Bread
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic (optional)
- 2 Green chilli silted
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried Mango powder or Indian Chat masala
- 1 Salt as ur taste
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 Oil for deep frying
- 1 cup Mix chopped veggies
Method :
- Mix all ingredients except Sesame seeds n oil.
- Mash it n make a dough.
- Now take a lil ball from dough n give shape whatever u like.
- Each ball coat with sesame seeds.
- Now heat oil. Deep fry all cutlets in medium flame.
- Transfer in oil soaking paper.
- Now serve with meyonese.. Tomato sauce n mustered sauce dip.
