Ingredients :
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup flour(I used cornflour and wholewheat flour 50:50)
- 2 tbsp sugarless(dutch)cocoa powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup nuts(I used only walnut)
- 1 tsp oil(olive/coconut or any other type of oil)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp sweetener(I used eritrit)
Method :
- Smash the bananas with a fork in a large bowl.
- Then add all the other ingredients to the banana and mix them well.
- Take this mix into a tray which is covered with baking paper and a bit of butter or oil. Bake it for about 30 minutes at 200°C.
