
Ingredients :
- 500 gms of flour
- 500 gms of sugar
- 1/2 ltr Palm juice
- 3 pieces cardamom s
Method :
- Mix the flour with half of the sugar. Add water and knead into a smooth dough.
- Mix Palm juice with the remaining sugar and boil on a low flame stirring at times.
- Add a bit of flour to the mixture of palm and allow the mixture to thicken. Remove from flame and allow the mixture to cool.
- Make small balls of the flour dough. Roll out on a rolling board.
- Allow the dumplings to steam in a steamer for 30 minutes turning the sides twice.
- Remove from the flame and serve hot.
