Resep Mike's Perfect Patty Melts!

Ingredients :

  • ● Meat Mixture
  • 2 Pounds 80/20 Quality Ground Beef
  • 3 Dashes Worchestershie Sauce
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper [+ reserves]
  • 1 Box Liptons Onion Soup Mix [use both packages]
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Green Onions
  • 1/8 Cup Dehydrated Onions
  • ● Additions
  • 8 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 EX LG Viadalia White Onion
  • 1 Cube Salted Butter
  • 1 EX LG Purple Onion
  • as needed Yellow Mustard
  • ● For The Bread
  • 1 Loaf Quality Russian Rye Bread

Method :
  1. Mix everything in your Meat Mixture section together well.
  2. Using a Mandolin - thick slice your onions.
  3. Onions really are the secret in this dish!
  4. Fry your onions in a cube of salted butter and add a good dash of black pepper.
  5. Fry until onions are translucent. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Mold your patties larger than your widest pieces of Rye Bread slices. They will shrink slightly upon cooking.
  7. Using the same onion pan - fry your burgers to taste or preference.
  8. Use a quality deli style Swiss Cheese.
  9. Add 4 pieces of Swiss cheese to each patty and steam burgers [covered] for 1 minute.
  10. Use a fresh quality rye bread.
  11. Lightly toast your Rye slices.
  12. Plate up and serve hot with Onion Rings and ice cold beers in frosted glasses.
  13. Onion rings.
  14. Prepare to be freggin" worshiped!
  15. Enjoy!
