Ingredients :
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Water
Method :
- On high, heat a large pan. While heating add about 2 Tablespoons of Olive oil.
- While the pan is heating dry your chicken breast with paper towel. Once it is dry, salt and pepper one side.
- Once pan is hot place chicken breast seasoned side down in the pan for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes flip the chicken over, season it to your liking, add 1 cup of water to the pan. Cover the pan and lower heat to medium. Let cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes the chicken will be cooked and ready to shred. I often put it in the fridge to cool so I can tear it with my hands, but it can easily be done with forks. The easiest method is to use a kitchenaid mixer.
