Ingredients :
- 3 Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Sweet Corn boiled
- 1/2 cup Long grain Basmati rice boiled
- 1/2 cup Minced Chicken.. cooked with ginger garlic paste, black pepper n salt
- 1 Onion chopped
- 4 Garlic pods chopped
- 1 Tomato chopped
- 1 Green Chilli chopped
- 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce or more as u like
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt
Method :
- Cut the top of Bell pepper n remove seeds from inside.. Wash n keep aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet.. Add chopped garlic.. Saute it till brown.. Add chopped onion.. Saute it till transparent.
- Add boiled minced Chicken.. Stir continuously..After two minutes Add boiled corn n rice. Keep flame in medium.
- Add black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, Worcester sauce.. Take out from fire.
- Now add oregano n mix well.. Let it cool now..
- Pre heat ur oven 350°F..
- After ten minutes of cooling the filling..Add half portion of grated Mozzarella Cheese.. Mix well..
- Now fill the bell pepper with spoon with filling.. On the top Sprinkle grated Mozzarella Cheese..
- Drizzle some oil in baking dish.. Place filled Bell Peppers on dish..
- Bake for 15-20 min in 180°F temperature..
- Take out n keep the top on bell pepper..
- Serve hot like side dish.. In eating time u can cut into half.
