- 1-1/3 ounce salted roadted peanuts
- 1 ounce salted and roasted sunflower seeds, just the kernels
- 1 teaspoon celery salt

- 6 large chicken breast
- ◆◆◆◆◆ Spice and herb rub ◆◆◆◆◆
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon summer savory
- 1 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon saffron
- ◆◆◆◆◆ Oils ◆◆◆◆◆
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Method :
- Preheat oven 385° Fahrenheit
- Mix the oils
- Mix the spices and herbs
- Coat the chicken with oils
- Coat with spice mix
- Add to an oven safe pan add extra oils put into oven 1 hour
- To another oven safe pan add half the vegetables and season with half the celery salt
- Add your nuts
- Melt butter
- Pour over the vegetables and nuts
- Roast till done about 50 minutes
