Ingredients :
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1/3 Cup Millet
- 2/3 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 TBS Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Skillet
- 1 Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper
Method :
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, throw in Millet
- Shake pan until it smells toasted about 3 min
- Mix Peanut Butter, Powdered Sugar, Flour and Vanilla until a dough is formed.
- Once its done mix in Millet and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make balls with the dough, about the size of walnuts and put them on the baking sheet. You should get about 24.
- Place the baking sheet with balls in the freezer for 30 min
- Melt the chocolate chips in the sauce pan until smooth. Heat on low for about 3 min
- After 30 min take the balls out and slowly lower them in the chocolate using a fork.
