Ingredients :
- 50 shrimp, remove the heads
- 7 chilis
- 7 shallots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper, crushed
- 1 handful peeled petai
- to taste salt
Method :
- Put the shallots, garlic & chilis in the food processor
- Fry the shrimps until half-cooked then put aside.
- Fry the chilli paste => add petai & shrimps, sprinkle some salt & black pepper and stir until all mix well
- Enjoy your black pepper shrimp with petai ^o^
