Ingredients :
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 TBS coco powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Splenda (12 packets)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method :
- Heat milk in microwave for around 4 minutes at half power.
- Put coco powder, Splenda and salt in sauce pan, add about 1/2 cup milk and whisk to combine.
- Over med. heat, slowly add milk, reserving about 1/2 cup.
- Whisk cornstarch into remaining milk. Stir pudding mixture over med. heat until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in milk/cornstarch mixture and return to heat and stir constantly until pudding thickens, about 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and pour into cups or bowls. Let cool at least 20 minutes before enjoying.
