
Ingredients :
- 3 lb. Ground Turkey
- 1 lb. Elbow Macaroni
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese block
- 1 lb. Mixed cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 packs Onion Mushroom seasoning
- 1 pkg. Taco seasoning
- 1 pkg. Sazon
- 1 can Tomato paste
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp. Parsley
- 4 tbsp. Butter
- 3 Habanero Peppers
- Dash Salt
- Dash Pepper
Method :
- Boil your noodles in a pot. You want them al dente, still a little hard.
- While the macaroni is coming to a boil, in a fry pan cook seasoned turkey fully. Drain.
- In a sauce pot, melt butter and velvetta over medium heat. Add milk, once your cheese melts, add diced habanero peppers, tomato paste and milk. ( stir frequently)
- In a mixing bowl add cooked turkey, cheese sauce and macaroni until everything is mixed together.
- Place ingredients in a 8 x 12 inch baking dish and bake for 25 mins. Take out of oven, spread mixed cheese evenly across the top of your bake and place in the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy!!
