
Ingredients :
- 6 piece chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 salt and pepper
Method :
- Dredge chicken breasts in flour with salt and pepper. Fry until cooked and set aside.
- Melt butter and sautee mushrooms and onions.
- Add chicken broth and chicken breasts to the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour cream and milk and simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir to avoid milk from burning.
- Stir in lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice or noodles.
