Ingredients :
- 1 whole lemon juiced
- 1/2 oz fresh Dill
- 1/4 cup sweet onion or shallots
- 2 tsp sugar
- Coarse black pepper
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup White wine vinegar
Method :
- Put all ingredients in food processor. Pulse on high 4-5 times until mixed well. Enjoy!
