Ingredients :
- 4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 tsp dijon mustard ( I use Grey Poupon)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Method :
- Whisk vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper until blended. Gradually whisk in the oil. Pour on salad. (I double recipe and refrigerate)
