Ingredients :
- 1/4 cup pureed avocado
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Method :
- Peel and seed ripe avocado
- Place avocado in a food processor and puree
- Add vinegar and mix well.
- With food processor running, slowly add oil and seasonings.
- Use immediately or cover and refrigerate.
