Recipe Avocado vinegrette

Ingredients :

  • 1/4 cup pureed avocado
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Method :
  1. Peel and seed ripe avocado
  2. Place avocado in a food processor and puree
  3. Add vinegar and mix well.
  4. With food processor running, slowly add oil and seasonings.
  5. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate.
