
Ingredients :
- 4.5 cups flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2.25 tsp yeast
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1.75 cups milk
- 3 tbsp butter
Method :
- Combine: flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and the egg.
- Warm milk and butter. (about 110 degrees) Stir.
- Mix buttery milk into flour.
- Cover dough in oiled bowl for 1 hour.
- Create 16 dough balls.
- Use a dry griddle: cook on low heat 7-15 minutes each side.
- Look: after the flip.
- Enjoy.
