Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons minced pared ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 1/4 pounds chicken parts, skinned
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken parts. Place chicken in 11-by-7-inch baking pan; brush both sides with ketchup mixture.
- Bake, turning once, until tender and cooked through, 40 to 50 minutes.
