Ingredients :
- 1 lb cooked cubed chicken
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 diced pepper
- 1/4 cup small cut vegetables (carrots, broccoli, leeks, etc)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- 2/3 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packages medium egg noodles
- 5 eggs for frying.
- condiments
- 1 sambal oelek
- 1 ketjab manis
Method :
- Add broth, chicken, vegetables, onions and apices in a saucepan. Add salt and allow to simmer for 15 mins. Add olive oil and cornstarch.
- Cook noodles until tender.
- Add chicken mixture and stir.
- Serve with a fried egg on top, with runny yolk.
- Serve with sambal and/or ketjab
