Ingredients :
- 250 grams chopped smoked bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 150 grams frozen peas
- 1 container mascarpone cheese
- 350 grams pasta, (your choice) I used spaghetti
- 125 grams grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 75 grams sliced chorizo
Method :
- In a saucepan add water and a good pinch of salt. Then cook the pasta as instructed on the pack.
- Heat the oil. Add the bacon and cook for 8-12 minutes.
- Add the onion and chorizo and cook for a further 3-5 minutes.
- Add the peas, cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Then add the mascarpone cheese, black pepper,salt and mix well.
- Drain the pasta well, add back to the saucepan then add the mixture and mix well.
- Add the parmesan cheese and mix well. Enjoy
