Recipe Pizza, low carb

Resep Pizza, low carb

Ingredients :

  • crust
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • toppings
  • 1 1/2 cup black ripe olives, sliced
  • 2 oz peperoni, chopped
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/4 lb sliced colby monterrey jack cheese, I used a vegetable peeler
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp whole leaf oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1 granulated garlic powder

Method :
  1. Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit
  2. Spray the pan your baking on with nonstick
  3. Mix the bananas, parmesan cheese, and egg. When mixed well add baking powder. Mix well the baking powder will puff up quickly.
  4. Spread it thick on pan, it will expand and become thin crust in oven. bake in oven 5-7 minutes or till firm. Take out of oven.
  5. Add tomato paste, sliced cheese, onions,pepperoni, olies,oregano, garlic any basil
  6. Bake in oven till heated trough, and cheese is melted. Serve hope you enjoy!
