
Ingredients :
- 300 grams brown rice
- 100 grams quinoa
- 500 ml water
- 2 pinch salt
Method :
- Weigh and rinse rice, add quinoa and pop into pressure cooker, then add water and salt
- Put lid on, steamer vent closed set timer for 30 minutes
- Let steam out fluff with fork and serve. Or put into containers cool, lid and keep in fridge
