Recipe Piped shortbread

Ingredients :

• 500 g margarine
• 150 g caster sugar
• 1 egg
• 500 g plain flour
• vanilla

Method :

1. Cream together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy
2. Slowly add the beaten egg and vanilla
3. Sift and fold in the flour
4. Using a star nozzle pipe onto the minced pies
