
Ingredients :
- 1 lb Elkrich Smoked Sausage
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1 salt, pepper, old bay, garlic powder
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 large can of mild rotel (drained)
Method :
- In large skillet coat bottom with butter. Cut up cabbage & slice onion & bell pepper, place in skillet til tender.
- Add chicken broth, sliced smoked sausage & the rest of the stick of butter.
- Add seasonings & can of rotel. Let cook for about 7mins, turning it over until finished.
