Recipe Creamy pasta with Spinach and Artichoke

Ingredients :

  • 300 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, ringed
  • 200 g brown mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 125 ml cooking cream
  • 200 g unsweetend mylk
  • 1 tbsp maizena
  • Frozen spinach
  • 3 artichoke hearts
  • Fresh parsley to garnish
  • Nutritional yeast to garnish

Method :
  1. Saute the onion rings in the oil for 15 minutes. Make sure to stir well every 2 minutes.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and add to the onions. Cook for 5 minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Add in the garlic for 1 minutes. Then add the cream, mylk, maizena, spinach, and artichoke. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  4. Cook the pasta as directed.
  5. Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes, so all of the spinach is warm. Add some more salt and pepper.
  6. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley and nutritional yeast.
