Ingredients :
- 1 pound Salmon
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 thinly sliced peach (for garnish)
Method :
- Wash hands
- Cut 1 pound salmon with a poultry knife in half
- Wash hands again
