Ingredients :
- 300 g elbow macaroni
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter or margarine
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 cup nestle all-purpose cream
- 1 cup knorr chicken broth
- 1 cup grated medium cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup marca piña parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- to taste salt and pepper
Method :
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drrain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a deep pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and cook until fragrant.
- Add milk and flour, whisk in milk a little at a time to keep mixture smooth. Whisking constantly until mixture thickens
- Stir in cream,chicken broth, cheddar cheese and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Turn off heat.
- Add macaroni to cheese mixture and mix well.
