Resep Daikon Radish And Carrot In Pork Rib Soup

Ingredients :

  • 5 cups slice daikon radish
  • 2 cups slice carrot
  • 800 gram pork rib
  • 1 1/2 liters water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

Method :
  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil then quick blanch pork rib then drain and set aside
  2. Slice daikon radish and carrot into cube then pit all into a pressure cooker pot
  3. Add the blanched pork rib and add water and put it on high for 20 minutes
  4. Once cooked season it with some salt and some light soy sauce then let it simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes
  5. Soup is ready to be serve , for a more tasty soup I usually let it remain warm in a pit for minimum 4 hours
