
Ingredients :
- 5 cups slice daikon radish
- 2 cups slice carrot
- 800 gram pork rib
- 1 1/2 liters water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
Method :
- Bring a pot of water to a boil then quick blanch pork rib then drain and set aside
- Slice daikon radish and carrot into cube then pit all into a pressure cooker pot
- Add the blanched pork rib and add water and put it on high for 20 minutes
- Once cooked season it with some salt and some light soy sauce then let it simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes
- Soup is ready to be serve , for a more tasty soup I usually let it remain warm in a pit for minimum 4 hours
