Ingredients :
- 1 cup Popping corn
- 1 1/4 cup Milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Method :
- Pop your popcorn in you desired way with a little olive oil
- To a separate pot add your milk, sugar and vanilla extract and bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves and the milk is bubbling rapidly
- Remove the milk mixture from the heat and let sit for 2 minutes. Once cooled, pour the mixture onto your popcorn and toss. Lay popcorn on a tray and let sit for 5 minutes then break apart and enjoy
