Recipe Berry smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cup berries (or fruit) of your choice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • to taste sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup ice cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or essence
  • 1/4 cup ice (optional)

Method :
  1. Cut all your fruit into halves or chunks depending on the texture. Alternatively you can buy ready made fruit pots from the fruit isle of grocery stores such as asda. You can also add in chopped fruit in a tin for a much quicker process.
  2. Mix your milk and coconut water until it is completely blended and pour it into your juicer blender.
  3. Add in your chopped fruit ad blend for approximately 2 minutes or until the desired texture is reached.
  4. Now would be the perfect time to add in your vanilla, ice cream, sugar and crushed ice then blend for 15 more seconds.
  5. Now you can pour it in your glass and garnish with toppings of your choice then serve or enjoy it yourself.
