Ingredients :
- 2 packages chicken legs, breasts, or thighs
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 barbecue sauce
Method :
- Start smoker and get it to 325°.
- Mix all dry ingredients and season chicken.
- Put chicken in smoker and cook to internal temperature of 160°
- Brush chicken with barbecue sauce of your choice and continue cooking until internal temperature of 165° is reached.
