Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
Method :
- Place tomatoes on a double thickness of heavy duty aluminum foil (about 24 inches by 12 inches).
- In a skillet, sauté garlic and butter in oregano for 2 minutes.
- Pour over tomatoes.
- Fold foil around tomatoes and seal tightly.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until tomatoes are heated through.
- Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape.
