Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 12 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise with seeds removed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon
Method :
- Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl until evenly mixed.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Put the halves back together and wrap each one with a slice of bacon.
- Arrange the peppers on the sheet evenly and not touching.
- Bake until the bacon is crispy. Should take about 10-15 minutes.
