Ingredients :
- 1 bar tempe, and slice with 1-2cm thick
- 3-4 cloves garlic, mashed and fried 1 mins to bring out the smell
- 4-5 burger buns
- 1 avocado
- to taste mayonnaise and chili sauce if you like spicy
- Oil /butter /margarine
- Roasted sesame
Method :
- Fry tempe with butter or oil, wait until its get golden brown color, and put it aside.
- Fry garlic until you bring out the smell and golden brown color. Do it quickly.
- Peel avocado, cut into any slices you want, Put aside
- Grill the burger buns with butter
- Put the buns on a plate and add tempe, garlic, avocado, mayonaise and roasted sesame. Ready to eat! Selamat makan! :)
