Ingredients :
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Method :
- Combine soups, salt and pepper in crockpot and stir together. I use a liner in my crockpot to avoid the mess.
- Add chicken breasts to crockpot, flipping to coat.
- Cook on low for 4.5 - 5 hours.
- Remove chicken from crockpot and set aside. Add corn starch to mixture in crockpot and whisk to mix. Cook for 15 more minutes.
- Add chicken to crockpot, stir to coat and serve!
- This can be served over rice, potatoes, or on a sandwich!
