Ingredients :
- 1 pound hamburger - browned and grease drained off
- 4 Tbsp flour - work it into meat
- 1 beef bouillon cube- crushed and mixed into meat
- dash pepper
- 1 1/2 C milk- add alittle at a time
Method :
- In a large skillet brown the hamburger. Drain off grease. Add flour, beef cube and pepper and work into meat. While stirring the mixture, slowly add the milk and cook on medium until it thickens.
- Pour over bisquits or mashed potatoes and serve.
