Ingredients :
- 2-3 Cucumbers, sliced round & thin
- 1 medium Sweet Vidalia Onion, quartered & thinly sliced
- 2-3 tomatoes wedged in 1/8ths (optional)
- 3/4 C. White Wine Vinegar
- 3/4 C. Sugar or Splenda Sweetener
- 1 C. Sour Cream
- 2 T. Dill (fresh or dried)
- 1 t. Celery Seed
- 1 t. Celery Salt
Method :
- In a medium bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, onions, & tomatoes. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients EXCEPT sour cream, then slowly whisk mixture into the sour cream until it becomes a creamy dressing.
- Pour the Dressing over the vegetables, cover in an airtight container, & refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Flavor of the salad enhances the longer it marinades. Stays fresh 7-10 days in the refrigerator.
