Ingredients :
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1-1 1/2 tablespoons ☆lemon juice
- 2 pinch ☆salt
Method :
- I recommend using bananas that re browned because they will be sweeter.
- Chop the bananas into pieces and place into a heat-resistant bowl. Immediately add the ☆ ingredients and use a whisk to mash the bananas. Mash to your liking.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W.
- Remove from the microwave and stir. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap again and microwave for 2-3 minutes at 600 W. Heat until it becomes your preferred thickness. Remove from the microwave and stir.
- When heating, be careful that it doesn"t overflow. If you wrap it too loosely, there is a chance that it will overflow.
- I topped some carrot cake.
- With these ingredient amounts, you will get about 150 ml. It will keep for 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
- Be careful that it doesn"t overflow! Especially pay attention during the last 2-3 minutes.
- It softens and loosens up once heated up, but it"ll start to thicken when microwaved again and the moisture evaporates.
