Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 4 cup milk
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn meal (fubá)
- 2 tbsp whole purpose flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 grams parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Method :
- Put all the ingredients in blender and mix.
- Grease the pan with butter and put some flour.
- Bake for 45 minutes. The cake will be a little bit golden, and creamy inside.
