Recipe Spaghetti with Cheese and Corn Balls

Resep Spaghetti with Cheese and Corn Balls

Ingredients :

  • 300 gms Spaghetti
  • 5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Red Chilli
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1 Boiled Potato
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Sweed Corns
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Chilli Paste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 cup Crushed Cornflakes
  • to Taste Salt

Method :
  1. First we will make Cheese ball mixture ready. Take boiled potato and mash it evenly.
  2. Add Cheese, Garlic Chilli Paste, Chilli Flakes, Organo and Salt in it and mix it well.
  3. Make small balls out of it. Take cornflour paste and dip these ball in it.
  4. Roll these cheese ball in crushed cornflakes and keep it in refrigerator atleast for an hour.
  5. As our cheese balls are getting cold, we will get done spaghetti.
  6. Boil spaghetti in Boiling water, salt and oil. Let it be 80% cooked.
  7. Boil one whole tomato until it"s skin starts getting loose. Strain it and make soft paste.
  8. Heat oil in pan. Add garlic and saute it until it turns golden. Add Red Chilli in it with onion and mushrooms.
  9. As soon as onion starts getting golden add tomato paste in it and give it good stir for 1 or 2 mins. Add vegetable stock in it. And wait till it starts boiling. Add capsicum and spaghetti.
  10. Mix it well and at the end add all our Seasoning, Chilli Flakes and Cheese on top of it. Give a good stir again and let it cook for atleast 4-5 mins.
  11. Meanwhile fry our cheese ball in medium heat. Be carefull with it. Do not stir it until it turns golden from one side. It may burst otherwise.
  12. Serve our spaghetti with cheese ball with some more cheese on top of it.
