Ingredients :
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt & Pepper
Method :
- Slice zucchini into half moons, 1/4 inch thick.
- Salt & Pepper the zucchini.
- Melt butter in skillet on med high heat.
- Add garlic and zucchini, saute for about 10 min, stirring every 2 or so minutes.
- When the zucchini have turned golden/dark brown in spots they"re done!
