Ingredients :
- 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 jar (2.5 oz) dried beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
Method :
- Cut green onions and dried beef into small pieces.
- Combine cream cheese, dried beef and onions in mixing bowl. Knead together with hands. Add garlic powder and white pepper.
- Form into ball and place in refrigerator to chill so the ball stays formed. Serve with crackers.
