Ingredients :
- 2 pkg chicken flavor ramen noodles
- 1 (10 oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 (9 oz) frozen baby carrots, thawed
- 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, thin sliced
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
Method :
- Bring 4 cups of water to boil in a large saucepan
- Add noodles, broccoli and carrot to water
- Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain and set aside
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- Add chicken and stir until browned. (approx 8 minutes)
- Stir in noodles and vegetables along with stir-fry sauce and one flavor packet from noodle package
- Stir mix until well blended and add water chestnuts.
- Cover and simmer for approx 5 minutes.
- Uncover and stir lightly before serving.
