Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce (Indonesian Kecap Manis)
- 1 lb Chicken fillets (thighs or breasts)
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking pan with parchment (or foil).
- In bowl, whisk with fork paste, seeds, oil, and soy.
- Coat chicken and place on baking pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
