Ingredients :
- 180 gr bread flour
- 20 gr milk powder
- 15 gr cacao
- 50 gr sugar
- 3 gr yeast
- 130 gr egg + milk
- 25 gr butter
- Pinch Salt
- 1 egg yolk + pinch of sugar + 1tsp water for brushing
Method :
- Siift flour, cacao, and milk powder
- Add sugar and yeast
- Add butter and salt, and knead until smooth
- Add chocolate chips
- Divide into 12 portions, shape into ball, and put on the pan
- Cover with cling wrap loosely, and let it proof for 45-60 min or until double in size
- Brush with egg yolk mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes @190 degrees C, in the preheated oven until nicely browned on the top and bottom.
