Ingredients :
- INGREDIENTS (10 Large Cookies or 20 Medium Size Cookies)
- 360 g Flour
- 3 g Baking Soda
- 180 g Salted Butter
- 110 g Granulated Sugar
- 80 g Brown Sugar
- 5 g Vanilla Essence
- 2 Eggs
- 10 g Honey
- 160 g Chocolate chips
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda and sift; set aside
- In another bowl, cream the butter, both of the sugars, and the honey with a whisk; try not to allow too much air to enter the mixture. Add the vanilla essence and eggs and mix well. Add the flour mixture; mix until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Use an ice-cream scoop to drop balls of dough about 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake until the cookies are golden around the edges, but still soft in the center, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool on baking sheet 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack, and let cool completely. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.
